To take advantage of a special promotion you must enter the promotional code. If you forget to enter the code before payment is made you will not be refunded the savings. The offer will be automatically applied when you enter the appropriate information. Offer codes are case sensitive and should be entered exactly as they appear. Only one offer code may be used per online order and they don’t apply to items that are already discounted.
Promo codes are valid only at finaltouchbrows.com and not at any Final Touch Brows retailers other websites.
Final Touch Brows Website Returns Policy
The following conditions refer to purchases made on finaltouchbrows.com and are not applicable to purchases made at any Final Touch Brows retailer. In all cases, proof of purchase is required to facilitate any product return.
Shipping fees associated with the return of goods are at the sole responsibility of the customer, the exception to this is where Final Touch Brows has deemed the product to be faulty where Final Touch Brows will arrange the method of return at its own cost.
Change of mind
Final Touch Brows will accept returns if customer has changed their mind only within 7 days of purchase order date.
Due to the nature of our products items will only be accepted if unopened and in same condition as when shipped to customer.
Due to health regulations cosmetics are not returnable unless deemed faulty, at which time we will provide a replacement product for the faulty item.
If Final Touch Brows is satisfied with the condition of the returned product/s, Final Touch Brows will provide the customer with an online store credit to the value of the returned product/s less any freight or handling costs communicated in advance to the customer. Online store credits are valid for 30 days and are only for use at finaltouchbrows.com
If Final Touch Brows is not satisfied with the condition of the returned product/s, the product/s will be
returned to the customer at the customer’s sole cost.
Faulty product returns
A faulty product is identified as product/s that arrived to the customer damaged, or in a form unfit for its advertised intended use. If a customer receives a faulty product, Final Touch Brows will provide the customer with an exchange or online store credit to the value of the faulty product/s following their return to Final Touch Brows. A customer must communicate any product fault within 7 days
following the product’s purchase in order to qualify for a return in this instance. Online store credits are valid for 30 days and are only for use on finaltouchbrows.com
Product returns procedure:

- Ensure you provide all details of the return; i.e.product details, online order number and details surrounding the reason why you wish to return the product/s.
- Within the next business day you will be contacted by a member of the Final Touch Brows customer service team who will advise of the next steps to help facilitate a return if and where applicable.
